The following documents must accompany
your quotation

Copy of CK certificate must be attached indicating member's names and
percentage ownership within the enterprise,

Valid
tax compliant letter with PIN
·
BBBEE
registration to claim Preferential Points
·
Proof
of CSD registration Report
·
Proof
of CIDB grading of 1GB or higher
·
Proof
of experience in the related field (A minimum 2 Testimonial letters)
·
A Valid
COIDA (Letter of good standing) for General building or related services. Subject to verification
NB: Please note that a guarantee certificate for the waterproofing mill be issued by the contractor after completion.
Waterberg TVET College promotes fair competition among suppliers. Any form of bid-rigging or collusive bidding will be unacceptable. Bidders will be disqualified.
Contractor must submit their quotations and all attachments to Waterberg TVET College Central office at Cnr Hooge & Totius streets, Chroompark, 0600 or can alternatively be sent by email to: rfq@waterbergcollege.co.za
Scope of work
-Full scope of work will be discussed at the compulsory site briefing
Pricing proposal
-All contractors who attended the briefing must price on the attached BOQ, the total amount must be inclusive of VAT
Waterberg TVET College does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation. The right is reserved to accept any tender in whole or in part and re-advertise this quotation any time after the closing date.
