REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Quotations are hereby invited from service providers for Grass cutting and tree cutting/trimming for Waterberg TVET College

NB: Due to the nature of the service, only suppliers/service providers around the Waterberg region are eligible quote (Including Lebowakgomo, Thabazimbi and Mokopane where our sites are)

Quotations displaying quotation number: WTC-GCT/01/2022 must be submitted on/or before the closing time

Closing date                             : 31/01/2022

Closing time                             : 14H00 pm

Validity Period of Tender         : 90 days

The following documents must accompany your quotation

·        Copy of CK certificate must be attached indicating member's names and percentage ownership within the enterprise,

·        Valid tax compliant letter with PIN

·        BBBEE registration to claim Preferential Points

·        Proof of CSD registration Report

·        Proof of business address (in the Waterberg region). Statement of water and lights not more than three months or lease agreement for the company or letter from the tribal authority indicating the name of the business

·        Proof of experience in the similar projects. Provide a minimum of 2 (two) testimonial letters of similar projects

·        List of plant and equipment's: Provide a list plant and equipment to be used this project. Attach proof of ownership or letter of intent (to hire or rent the equipment's).

·        Capacity of the team. Attach a minimum of 2 (two) CVs of the of project team with experience in the related field.

Waterberg TVET College promotes fair competition among suppliers. Any form of bid-rigging or collusive bidding will be unacceptable. Bidders will be disqualified.

Contractor must submit their quotations and all attachments to Waterberg TVET College Central office at Cnr Hooge & Totius streets, Chroompark, 0600 or can alternatively be sent by email to: rfq@waterbergcollege.co.za

Waterberg TVET College does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation. The right is reserved to accept any tender in whole or in part and re-advertise this quotation any time after the closing date.
