REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

Quotations are hereby invited from CIDB registered contractor for Removal, supply and installation of 13 New air conditioners for Waterberg TVET College Hotel school in Mokopane.

Advert: WTC-ITC/HOT/IAC/03/2026- Removal, supply and installation of 13 New air conditioners for Waterberg TVET College Hotel school in Mokopane.

Quotations displaying quotation number WTC-ITC/HOT/IAC/03/2026 must be submitted on/or before the closing time.

Closing time                              : 14H00 pm

Validity Period of Tender          : 90 days

The following documents must accompany your quotation:

·       Copy of CIPC certificate must be attached indicating member’s names and percentage ownership within the enterprise,

·       Valid tax compliant letter with PIN

·       Proof of VAT registration (VAT vendors only)

·       BBBEE registration /a sworn affidavit

·       Completed and signed SBD 6.1: Waterberg TVET College Preference point claim form in terms of the preferential Procurement Regulation 2022

·       Completed and signed SBD 4: Declaration of interest

·       Proof of CSD registration Report

·       Proof of CIDB grading of 1ME or Higher

·       Proof of previous experience (Contactable reference) for Installation of Air conditioners (Attach a minimum of two reference letters)

·       A detailed specification and a picture of the Air conditioner that the supplier has quoted on.

Waterberg TVET College promotes fair competition among suppliers. Any form of bid-rigging or collusive bidding will be unacceptable. Bidders will be disqualified.

Contractors must submit their quotations and all attachments to Waterberg TVET College Central office at Cnr Hooge & Totius streets, Chroompark, 0600 or can alternatively be sent by email to: rfq@waterbergcollege.co.za

Waterberg TVET College does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation. The right is reserved to accept any tender in whole or in part and re-advertise this quotation any time after the closing date.
