NB: This email is for enquiries ONLY. Quotations MUST be submitted by HAND. Email submissions will not be accepted.        

The following documents must accompany your quotation:

·       Copy of CK/CIPC certificate must be attached indicating member's names and percentage ownership within the enterprise,

·       Valid tax compliant letter with PIN

·       BBBEE certificate or affidavit

·       Proof of CSD registration Report

·       Completed and signed SBD 6.1: Preference point claim form in terms of the preferential Procurement Regulation 2022

·       Completed and signed SBD 4: Declaration of interest

·       Print screen of CIDB registration of 1GB or higher

·       Proof of experience (Contactable reference) in General Building (Attach a minimum of 2 testimonial letters)

Waterberg TVET College promotes fair competition among suppliers. Any form of bid-rigging or collusive bidding will be unacceptable. Bidders will be disqualified.

Contractors must submit their quotations on their company letterhead and all attachments to Waterberg TVET College Central office at Cnr Hooge & Totius streets, Chroompark, Mokopane, 0600 in the TENDER BOX.

Waterberg TVET College does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation. The right is reserved to accept any tender in whole or in part and re-advertise this quotation any time after the closing date.
