The IT and Computer Science Centre (preciously known as Mokopane campus) is situated in Mahwelereng and is sharing the facilities of the Multi Purpose Community Centre.

This centre is well constructed with ample facilities with an imposing reception area for students, large lecture halls, pleasing landscaped grounds, which provide recreation for students between lectures, and office facilities for staff and students, a library and classrooms.

Hostel accommodation is available at the centre for college students.

The NCV programmes, IT and Computer Science, Agriculture, Tourism and Hospitality are being offered at this centre.

The construction of a Hotel and Tourism Centre (Hotel School) in Mokopane (previously known as Potgietersrus), which is still under construction, will be a great attraction for students. This facility will also be used for practical training but will also be run as a business. So watch out, if you are looking for a place to overnight in future, come and stay with us!

MPCC is also being used by Limpopo’s rural i-community. This project is one of only two i-communities in the world; the other is in Kuppam, India.

The project aims to turn community into a self-sustaining economic community by using technology to improve literacy, create jobs, raise incomes, and increase access to government, education, and healthcare services.
